Our first meeting lasts about 90 minutes and is an open dialogue in which we explore the nature and background of your difficulties. At the end of this meeting, I will usually be able to tell you if I believe that I can be helpful to you considering your unique circumstances. If you feel comfortable with the idea of therapy and that we have a connection and are a good fit, we will schedule subsequent therapy sessions.

  • $220 | 90-minute intake
  • $220 | 90-minute couples intensive
  • $160 | 50-minute individual or couples

Fees are due at the time of service. Feel free to call me if you have any questions about my fees. I reserve a portion of my practice to provide services on a sliding scale.

I am an “out-of-network” provider, which means if your insurance company offers out-of-network benefits, you should receive some reimbursement for the cost of my services. Most insurance companies that provide out-of-network benefits cover approximately 50%-75% of the cost depending on the terms of your policy. Upon request, I will provide an invoice that you can use to submit a claim for my services.

If you have questions about what mental health benefits your policy covers, call your insurance company and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
  • Is there a session limit per year?
  • Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
  • What amount will I be reimbursed for the therapy session with a licensed psychologist (CPT Code 90834)?
